• Let your members, students, parents, and the community know about your event.

• Advertise it in your newsletter, web site, or newspaper.

• It can also be part of your Spring Fair or other event.

• Take in the items during your advertised hours; have the donors fill out the form.

• Sell It Now! will provide forms for the Donor to fill out his name, address, and description of the item.

• We will pick up the items collected and take them to our warehouse to photograph, weigh, measure, research the value, and write a description of the items.

• We will list it on eBay and their 90 million potential Buyers. You and your Donors can follow the sales through our web site Status Report.

• As questions come in, we will answer them for the Buyers and collect the payments.

• Upon Sale, we will pack, insure, and ship the items to the Buyers.

• When the delivery is made, we will send a check to your school or organization as a cash donation and send each Donor a tax acknowledgement letter.

• If any items cannot be sold, we will return them to you or deliver them to Goodwill.
