School and Sell It Now!, Inc., a division of Polygon Industries, Inc. is herein designated as Sell-It-Now. A Donor gives an item to School and School hires Sell-It-Now to perform the mechanics of selling the item at auction through auction companies eBay or Amazon. The item may be a collection of items. The terms of the auction company will be followed.

What. School will provide name, mailing address, and a minimum sale price. Donor will deliver the item to School and leave the item. Sell-It-Now will collect the item and hold it until   until all auctions are closed and finished. Once  started, the auction may not be stopped nor the minimum price changed. Donor or School  may not cancel the sale. If the item is sold, Sell-It-Now will ship it by common carrier to the Buyer.

Freight. The Buyer will pay the freight cost.

Do. Sell-It-Now will photograph, describe, submit the sale to the auction company, and handle buyer questions. If the auction bid reaches the minimum sale price, Sell-It-Now will deliver the item to the Buyer and collect the payment.

Follow the Auction. Go to our web site, www.SellItNow.net, and click  Status to click on the eBay auction or see the payment status.

Payment. If payment is not received by Sell-It-Now from the Buyer, of if the Buyer refuses delivery of the item, it may be sold to another bidder at his bid price, but never below the minimum price. Otherwise, it will be returned to School.
The payment less the commission will be mailed to School by Sell-It-Now when the funds are cleared by the bank and when the Buyer has accepted the item. The Buyer has five business days to notify Sell-It-Now that the item will be returned or is not acceptable. The Commission will be deducted from the payment and retained by Sell-It-Now.

Loss. If the item is damaged, lost, or stolen,   Sell-It-Now will sell the item for the best price and give the Seller  the minimum price specified in this contract.

Not Sold. If the item is not sold, it is because the Minimum Price was too high. The School may: 1. Run another auction with a lower price, or 2. Reclaim the item and take it back.

Listing Fee. The item will start the bidding at $1. Alternatively, The School may designate a fee of $5. with the item and set the starting bid at any price. Of this, part will go to eBay for their Listing Fee, and the rest will go to Sell-It-Now. This fee is refundable only if the item is sold.

Fee on Sale. If the item is sold, Sell-It-Now will deduct a Fee from the sale price; the payment received from Buyer.

Of this, part will go to School, about 5.25% with go to eBay for their Final Fee, a fee to the credit card company, and the rest retained by Sell-It-Now for their fee, advertising, expenses, etc.

No Change. This written contract sets forth all the terms. There may be no verbal changes or additions to the contract.
